I think the decision of the Office of the President is a complete turnaround from the earlier decision handed by the Maritime Training Center and the Department of Labor and Employment approving FEMFI’s amended Articles of Incorporation and allowing the training center to continue its operation.

I think the new Maritime Training Program which was initiated by the JCG last year has been introduced in April of 2009.The program will be launched in the third quarter of 2009 and the first thirty personnel will come from Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.

actually the prices of this training changes a lot. I would suggest that you contact the training centers and ask them personally.

I suggest that you ask the requirements for training on the company that you applied. Different companies have different training requirements.
