It is always hard to find on the net the list of board passers on different professions. I won’t be able to write them all in here, but I will provide you the link to Bombo Radio. It is always updated and they have the complete listing of Board Exam Results of different profession in the Philippines especially Pinoy Seaman.
Before I forget anything, I’d like to congratulate all the Board Passers, and more success for you to come.

Honestly dave I’m not into the top ten stuff. passing the exam is enough to know. But since you’ve ask for it, I’ll provide you a link to the one I’ve found “Top Ten“. Hope this will be helpful…

i’m jomer 29 yrs old. i just wanna ask if it is possible for me to take a seamanship course or a training for solas and be a seaman. i graduated a degree in BSECE and i want to pursue my career as a seafarers… what is your best advice? thanks in advance. god bless

Please help me.. i want to know whats the name of the shortest course to take to be able to work in ships right away. because I’m already low on money and out of time. i need to find a job immediately po. Any 6months type of course na makakapasok na kaagad sa barko. i mean work onboard.. Huh
